Bake a Cake- no rewards/ event disappearing

    I did everything you suggested, and I still get the "no internet" message after I bake a slice of cake. Everything else is working perfectly. I can connect to the community, look at my profile, chat on the Soda Squad section, I'm collecting valentine envelope for prizes and completing challenges. The Cake event is the only one that isn't working correctly. I've baked the same slice multiple times, a get a score, and the "Sweet" button. When I click, I get "no internet". Yet I can go back and bake that same slice or any other slice, with no problem.

    Here is a screen shot of what I get when I've completed a slice:

    No one else on my Soda Squad is baking any slices either, although in past weeks we have completed the whole cake. And there are no chef's hats out of the game. I suspect we all have this problem.

    Thank you for providing a screenshot and a description, that's the same issue many other players are experiencing this week with Bake a cake.

    Check out the support main thread we have for Bake a cake feauture issues:

    It may be related with the loading problem that's currently affecting other soda players this week and which the Studio is still working on. I'll pass this on to community manager. 😀

    Hello everyone!

    Thank you for coming to the Community and reporting this to us.

    This issue was known and the Studio fixed it last week so with the new update of the game app you shouldn't get anymore the "connection error"

    Could you guys confirm me you have updated the game and still you are experiencing this?

  • Hi @LadyRaffie I play on iPad and get automatic updates but I have checked nevertheless and my game is definitely updated. I have only been getting the rewards really recently and was actually amazed to see the cake there with no tiers baked as it’s usually completed before I even see it. I was so pleased to have baked a slice as well 🙄 as I have been losing my chefs hat straight away on the occasions I have had the cake before. Let’s hope the studio can sort it out.

    This will help our CM @LadyRaffie in reporting these issues to the King Studios. So they can have the details needed, on which version & device this is happening on.

    Btw, I only use:

    Same issue. Can't do cake, get false mess., *No Internet, which is nonsense.

    Use *Comcast / Xfinity, have gigabit speed, haven't had *No Connection To The Internet in many years now.

    Info should help on getting these *King Server Issues or *Bad Coding Issues fixed.


    Perhaps, once this is fixed, our CM @LadyRaffie can then look at *All these losses on the *Bake A Cake event. Just about every teammate on the *Soda Squad - LOL Lollipops Team, have taken losses on it, some more than once. Meaning *No Reward Given! Complete list of Team Members listed above.

    Just got some more news from the Studio, and this issue is fixed. But you will see it with the new update 1.187 which will be in an approx of 2 weeks. We know it's not ideal, but there's nothing we can do to improve it right now so we will have to wait for the game update 🤗
