As you suggested I closed app and cleared the cache and reopened the game, it is still not loading as of 2/12/2021 3:43, it has been days since able to get into game thru facebook.

I deleted the app and reloaded it, cleared the cache and all browsing data and it worked.

I read the suggestion about clearing the cache in the game and it worked.
I clicked on the game and as it loaded I clicked on the three dots top right and cleared cache and search for last 24 hours. I waited for it to complete then login to the game and all worked great. Thank you.

Hello, did you try the standard trouble shooting method - log out of the game, clear game/browser cache, restart device and log in again. The levels should load then. Also check for game updates and make sure you have atleast 2gb storage memory in your device.

screen has a gray veil over it and there are no way to play. I can see the game but it has no numbers or has no way to sart playing.
