My Bake A Cake rewards stalls my iPad and will not reward the prizes won. for my team.
ican claim all levels up to the top, but the iPad locks every time before the claim button can appear for theropod layer. I literally have to close the program to move forward. This has vbeen going on for 3 days. Can you fix it. I’ve attached a picture where it stalls every time.

There are generally problems with the cake, see the link. But you could play, so get in touch with the king support.

Not sure if you have heard but we all are having this same issue. I reported this and was told that my message was sent to the developers. Ugh!!! 😬Some times I feel like removing this game because of so many issues 😠

Hello and welcome to the Community @kmdanek I am sorry you have this problem. It has been reported to the Studio and they are working on it. If the fix is ready it’ll be in an update, so make sure you have your game and device updated. Can you give me your game id so our CM can send you some goodies to compensate 😊. Getting this too on Android. 2 levels completed, it lets me claim the prizes, then freezes, I restart it and it's back to the start again. No prizes, claim again, same thing.

Now, how do I get rid of the Bake a Cake? I know it will go if I claim the prizes, but will King giving me goodies make it go away?
