Playing in Game 2722 without an account. Created an account to save progress, now I can't save. Bubblegum Troll is causing problems along with connection problems. Please tell me what I should do? Thank you so much for your help/advise!

I created while playing the game and saved. Everything was fine, until one day the game said the troll is causing problem. Been playing that way for about 3 weeks. In the meantime I tried to save again and now it said I didn't have an account. I changed password today. I'm sure I screwed up somewhere on my part....not the kids. There are two users in our household. Thanks for your help!! Blessings
