Purchased dainty treats but did not receive gold bars please help so that i may continue playing

    Hi @Debbie_Gomez_Dil Are you sure the package you purchased contained Gold Bars? Some of the packages consist of only boosters and play time and don’t include Gold Bars.

    If yes, then simply contact Player Support directly from your game. Here’s the steps for you ⤵️

    Open your game / Tap on the blue gear icon / Tap on the “?” / Select Purchases and Gold Bars / Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap on Contact Us.

    Then just submit your claim. We do not handle purchases here in the community due to the sensitive nature of your personal information.
