It seems no one is able to play the bear brawl fest after purchase...including me.....can we just get a refund since we didn’t get what we paid for?

    I have purchased rewards twice now. The first time I let it go. This time I purchased additional rewards in Bear Brawl Crush. 72 hours playtime, a lot of added boosters. The reward I purchased started opening up. I claimed them. However, did not receive anything. What the hell did I purchase?
