Hi @Jared_Buttry welcome to the jelly community

This is the Candy Crush jelly forum, but don't worry, I'll tag the jelly moderator to move it to the correct forum.

Hi @Jared_Buttry If the timer under your Energy Bar is inactive simply close and reopen the game.

    This should reactivate the timer.

Energy units may also be won along both the Free and Deluxe Noble Paths.

Good luck on Bubblegum Hill once you attain the required Energy!

Hi @andifitz and a warm welcome to our Sodalicious Community!

Are both your device and game of the latest versions?

Try this troubleshooting: Force close the game and any other apps / Check for any updates for your device and game app and install if there are any / Power off and leave off at least 10 seconds / Power back on / Ensure you have enough free memory storage. King Recommends 2 GB free for your device to run smoothly.

This standard troubleshooting should do the trick.
