Server Issue
I have been receiving an error message regarding no server connectivity as below shown for several days. It looks like this has been an issue for others. I am playing on a PC with wifi connectivity and my other King games are fine. I've applied the fixes in the Help section to no avail. Please let me know about next steps. Thanks.

@d_d Uninstalling and reinstalling the game does not result in lost gold or lost game progress if you’ve saved your game through King or Facebook. It normally only results in lost boosters since those are stored on your device and not King’s servers.
If you’ve saved your game progress through one of those methods simply reconnect to your account and your game progress will be there.

Hi, @Nix66 and @ipete, Thanks for the responses. I followed @ipete s suggestion and my game has been uninstalled. I did not have a problem with the game crashing or loading, the game error indicated that there was an error connecting to the King server(s). My server connection to other games and apps is fine, the problem is not on my end.
@Nix66 , I will try to get a screenshot. Maybe a complete uninstall is the solution, but I'm sad to have lost my game's progress.😐️

Thank you to @ipete and @Nix66 for their quick help. I was able to get back my levels ☺️ but funnily enough fell back to a four on the team race with lots of levels between me and the leaders. I haven't checked the boosters because I rarely use them, so I'll accept my fate if I lose them. I'm happy to have the game back so that I can click tiles for teammates and win some boosters! Yay! Thanks again for all of your help! I don't know emoticons very well so please forgive it if i get these wrong. 😊😉😊🏆️
