I'm on Level 2638 & finished off the 2nd level of "Baking a cake". However, for 2 days I get the attached message. What is the problem?

Hello @Margo1954 assuming your internet connection is fine. I recommend you to check for game and device updates. Then try logout, clear cache, turn off device, and log back in. If all failed, you might have to uninstall and reinstall the game. But if you so, you might lose all your boosters because boosters are kept on the device memory.
I have been having connection issues for about 2 months after a update.
I can play daily and it keeps that recorded but will not connect to the game.i can't play side games, boosters or gold.
I'm on level 3457 and 815+ days of straight play I don't want to loose by reloading the game.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does logging out, clearing cache then log back in wipe daily game progress?
