Why has the episode race and Mr Toffees Fair disappeared from my game?

New phone, lost my boosters.
OK, not happy but I was expecting that.
But.
I've also lost Mr Toffee, so I can't start to rebuild my pot of boosters. Is there any way to get it back, or is it just random? I've logged out, closed, re-opened, uninstalled, reinstalled, logged in with Facebook, repeated logging in with email. Nothing.
I do still have it on Windows, so this isn't a profile thing.

Hi @Bricorn Yes boosters are stored in the memory of you device. You could use up the boosters in the game on your old phone first. I do that now, since I also just got a new device and use my old device with boosters to play, and building up boosters only with the new device for the time being 😃

I think it is best you contact Player Support from the app on your device: tap on the blue cogwheel, on the question mark, and select Technical and Connection Issues. If you describe MTF is missing, also tell them you have done all the troubleshooting but no result.
