I have been playing this game for years and all of a sudden it will not connect to the online account. It says no internet connection but all the other games have no problem. I am connected to the internet

Hmmm Have you try standard troubleshooting procedures. Logout, clear cache, turn off device, and log back in. Also want to check for updates. If all failed, then there might be something wrong with the game. Last resort is to uninstall and reinstall the game. The problem with that is you will lose all your boosters. Good Luck.
