I cannot delete my player account
Hi,
Just like the topic title, I cannot delete my player account in Candy Crush Soda Saga. I filled out the appropriate form in "Contact Us", then got an email asking me to fill in additional required information (approximate level etc). I sent a reply with all the necessary data, but King wrote back that they didn't receive such information and asks to reply again. After resending the data, King wrote back that they did not receive the information, so they "close the ticket now". So I tried a second time from the very beginning (from the "Contact Us" form) and the situation repeated (i.e. I am sending replies to King, but they claim they have not received any reply). I also tried by entering a different email in the "Contac Us" form (not the one I used in the game), but then the message doesn't come at all.
Is there any other way out? Thank you in advance for any help.

Only customer support can delete your game account.
When you send your email you get an automated reply reply to this with help needed and reason and you should get a response from them. then reply back to that email in the area provided and someone should deal with your issue
You could also try the live support by clicking the contact us at the bottom of the community pages
