So,
Yesterday after a hard days work I come home and needed something to relax me.
Crush a few levels to let off steam, but of course some levels have been developed by chimpanzees who just bash the keyboard randomly and then call it "Hard, Super hard" etc.
Never mind, I work hard and have a decent income (plus a military pension), so I purchased a packet with gold bars and boosters etc.
Not too shabby for what it is but very helpful at times.
So I played a few levels and clawed my way back up the leaderboard before going to bed.
This morning (now) I have a bit of time before I head off to work, My sandwiches are done and my tea is brewing.
Knock out a few rounds.
20 minutes later the game is still loading and I have to go to work.
The problem is not with my computer.
The problem lies in the fact that CCSS switches to an older version of FB to allow people to play.
That means out of my 24 hours of boosts etc I will be lucky to squeeze out 8 hours y the time I get home.
Now here is the 64,000$ (€18.99) question will I get a refund or at least an extension ?
I´m not gonna hold my breath on that one and I can pretty much predict your answer word for word.
At least Dick Turpin wore a mask when he robbed people !!!

Hello @loadofpop58 I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with your purchase. Unfortunately we cannot handle purchase issues in the Community, due to personal information, but Player Support can. If you happen to play on a mobile device, you can contact directly from the device. When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and transactions. All you need to do is:
- Open the game app —> tap on the blue gear
- Tap on the ? mark
- Tap on Purchase and Gold Bars
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap "Contact Us"
You might consider opening a King account and transferring your game progress there. Maybe then you won't have any problems and not have an older version of the game.
To create a King account:
- Open the game on your device and tap the blue gear
- Tap the orange and yellow King icon
- Choose your avatar and nickname
- Enter your email address
- Choose a password and head on back to the game, it's as simple as that!
To sync your progress, please complete the following steps:
- Go to the King website at King.com
- Log in using your existing King profile, or create a new King profile if you don't already have one.
- Click on the ‘Settings’ icon
- Select ‘Account’
- You will be prompted to confirm your password
- Select the option ‘Score and progression sync’ and then proceed to enter your Facebook login information
