Have you heard about the new Social Hub? It's the Sodalicious way to stay connected with your friends in the game.
To see them there, both of you -your friend and yourself- must start using the Social Hub. So if one of you hasn't joint the Hub yet, you won't see each other and the friend list will be empty.

If you play on Facebook or are linked, look for a game group, there you can find many friends for the game. If you need help, get in touch again

if you have access to a computer you can add friends as your favourite through king.com.
- To do this go to king.com
- Select the games from top left
- Log in from the top right corner
- Select your game
- You will find a friends tab from the left hand side.
- Once you're in the friends tab, you can add friends as favourites with their email address.
But if you are playing this game through facebook then you need to add friends from facebook who are playing this game.

Hi Irene, I haven't cleared or done anything on my laptop, they just vanished, a bit weird, hopefully it will get resolved.
I too am having this issue except mine started today. I cleared my cache because of another issue I was having and that is when my Friends List disappeared.

I found some info. We have been made aware of an issue with the connection between player Facebook profiles and their game. Facebook made some changes. We are currently working with Facebook to fix this and will get everything back to normal as soon as possible.
In the meantime, we recommend that you do not take any steps to resolve the problem yourself, such as logging out of your Facebook profile or reinstalling the game.
This issue won’t affect the familiar gameplay and your normal level progression.
However, it might mean that you:
Once the fix is in place, your profile photo will reappear and Facebook friends lists will return.
I lost mine and cannot get new ones. Lots of sent requests and no replies. I have no friends with email address.

My "Ask Friends For Lives" list on Candy Crush Soda has disappeared. This happened about ten days ago. Anyone else having this problem and/or knows how to fix it?
@mariarosaria55 If you are talking about soda squad then I think your friends left willingly and took their portion of points with them. That happened to me recently 🙄
I know about that new Profile and friends-feature, but that's CCS, not Soda. I've never seen it in Soda.
I am having the same issue. I lost all of my friends and score board too but when I log into my account in facebook all of my progress is the same as it is on my game. If i log out in my game and not facebook, it says I will lose my progress and be back to level one.

Have posted above on how to get it all back on a *Uninstall / Reinstall if needed.
Could be a *Server Issue you are having, need to contact *King Support on it tho. Along with contacting your *ISP for troubleshooting. Like any *Gateway Updates, are there outages in your area, etc...
I was mainly addressing the *1st Post by @Lisa10, since she started this thread. not everyone's issue here. The *GMs or *King Support can help you on that.

Like I said earlier, I'm not going to uninstall/reinstall. I didn't do any unfortunate update. I'm not willing to lose boosters or anything because of it. I still hope this will get sorted with an update in the near future. Did you also have a look at what @MortS said, @Origins7_Dale?
I am missing my friends on asking for lives. It is blank, and I cannot ask for lives on Soda friends because I do not see it, It is hard to ask for lives if there is nobody there to ask, It has been like this for 2 days now. Everything else is there except this. I live in the United States. Please fix this. Thanks.

If the troubleshooting tips given you didn't help, then might need to do a *Uninstall / Reinstall. Might have *Corrupted Game Files, or an update you did, didn't take well. See my post below, on what to do, in order to perhaps get back what you may lose on doing this.

The app does show as active by the way, so that ain't the problem either.
Hi @Nix66 - I still reckon it is an EU matter, thus if the problem is not in US nor in the UK and onlywhen you login through King account it is probably the last patch for the GDPR from King in their Win10 version.

By the way, if I open my game through FB, my friends are right there (just not through the Windows10-app). Am I missing something?
Yet they still do show at the Weekly Race (Windows10-app). But this is the only place where they show to me. Please do look into this. Have you reported it to the Gaming Studio @Nix66? Have you heard from them?
