It is possible to do that! You’ll need to contact Player Support directly from your Game and they’ll reset your progress to the beginning for you. 🤗
To contact Player Support:
Open your Game / Select the gear wheel icon / Select the “?” or Help Center / Select My Game Progress / Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Contact Us / Submit your claim.

Don’t give up @gourika_27. If you submit a claim using the steps above to contact Player Support you should then receive back a general response telling you that a Representative will contact you shortly.
Then should come a more detailed response from a Player Support Representative.
Just be sure to thoroughly explain your request when you submit your claim and to select ‘My Game Progress’ as the category in which you will need assistance.
