why don't I have the teams icon in my game

hi πŸ‘‹ everyone . I just wanted to ask why I don't have the teams icon in my game yet my sister has it in hers . please help me if possible

    Hello and welcome to our friendly Community @emaivy Teams is still in a testing phase and the Studio is slowly rolling it out to the players. All you can do is make sure you have your game and device updated and hopefully you’ll see Teams soon πŸ€—

    My team has disappeared on Candy Crush Soda and therefore cannot ask for lives etc.. does anyone know what the issue is?

    Hello and welcome to the Community @melwaz Try the troubleshooting first: log out of the game via your profile - clear the cache (super important!) - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates- log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.

    If you still don’t see Teams back, play a level. Hopefully your team will be back.

    No, it's completely disappeared. Not only when I login on my tablet but my phone as well.

    Hello @melwaz sometime that feature take a long time to reappear. only you can do is to keep refreshing the game as provided by Yosca.

    I have done this several times and unfortunately still nothing appears. It is a strange coincidence that it is the same on completely separate devices. Everything is up to date and on the latest version, Halloween. I think this issue is not my end.
