If none of the troubleshooting has worked for you @carlylc you do have the option to uninstall and reinstall the game app as that usually fixes any issues.
Just know beforehand that any stored boosters typically are lost in the process.
Which device are you playing on? Could you provide your device info (make, model, software version) along with which version of the Soda Game App you currently have? Also if you could share a screenshot of your issue that would be helpful.

Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
Please do not uninstall the app as you will lose boosters and gold bars as they are stored in you device memory
I have 45 gold bars and should be able to buy extra moves at the end of a level. However, the extra moves display is distorted and tapping on it does nothing. This has been going on for over a week. I’ve been stuck at a level I could have won 4 or 5 times because I can’t use extra moves.
