Sorry to hear about that.First let's check if trouobleshooting helps.

• check for device and soda app updates. Check if your device has at least 2 GB of free memory.
• then log out, close game, clear cache, restart device, open game and log in
• you might need to repeat those steps 3-4 times

if this doesn't help then a one off glitch might have happened unfortunately. But if this is recurring can you please tell me:

• are you playing on one device only or more?
• are you playing using your Facebook account?
• what are the make and model of your device?
• what is the OS version of your device and version of soda app
• what is your user ID. You can find this number after you tap on the King logo on your profile settings. More info here
