Why does game keep freezing and I lose my Boosters

Is it a feature or specific action that always causes the freezing? or does it freeze at different points each time?

- check if your device has at least 2 GB of free momory space
- check if your device and game are updated
- log out - close game - clear cache - turn your device off for a couple of minutes - turn it on - open game - log in
Also would you provide more infos. such as:
- where do you play Soda? On a browser or on app?
- what is the OS version of your device?
- what is the version of your Soda app?
- what are the make and model of your device?

Yes, if you don't wish to first try and exhaust all the troubleshooting options which I gave you above, there is the last and radical step which is uninstalling and reinstalling.
You'll lose all boosters and stored lives in the process but you'll retain your progress and gold bars since they're saved with your account.
