What the duece?

Everything is gone. The team i was on, my boosters, all events, notifications- just gone. So i read the FAQ page. I did all suggestions, including logging out. Big mistake!! Now i cant even log back in. It says my email & password are not a matching combination. When i try to reset my password, i get an email trying to retrieve my password but everytime a page says they have searched the entire kingdom but cannot find my password. There is no option to reset my password either. And i checked, several times, to make sure it was correct password & spelled correctly & it was right email address. So i dont understand whats going on.
