Where is my 12hrs of unlimited lives?

It came up that I was having 12hrs of unlimited lives as a reward for unlocking stuff on certain levels so I clicked accept/claim and it hasn't registered? How can I get it back?

Hello and welcome to the Community @Eira_Thomas It could be your game needs to reconnect with the servers. Please try this: log out of the game via your profile - clear the cache (super important!) - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates- log back into the game.
(btw I got the 12 hours unlimited lives too and it’s still there, so it isn’t a glitch)
