ive been getting a message that I need to reconnect to the internet. I am connected. Not sure what’s going on. This has been happening for about a week now.

If you have the option to connect to WiFi that could help you connect. Just make sure you have a strong WiFi signal.
You could check to make sure your Internet Service Provider is not experiencing any issues.
You could try this troubleshooting👇
First install any updates for both your device and game app. Then clear the cache/history of your web browser and do this ⤵️
Open your Soda Game / Select Profile / Select Log Out / Close the app / Reopen the app / Log back in to your profile / Open the game.
Hi! Thanks @Nix66 but I’ve tried all of this several times for the past week or so and nothing. I play on my iPhone app so no cache to clear.
I too play on my iPhone @romy521 and indeed you are able to clear the caches from your Web browser and or Safari along with some of the installed game apps that have caches.
To clear the cache in Safari: Select Settings / Select Safari / Select Clear History and Website Dara / Will normally have you confirm that you do want to clear it.
To clear the cache in your Web browser if you use one (I use Google Chrome): Open your browser’s App / Select the Settings Panel / Select History / Select Clear History / Select Clear History once more to confirm.
You are also able to clear App caches this way: Select Settings / Scroll and Select the App you wish to clear the cache on /If it has a ‘Clear Cache’ option and the toggle next to it is green then Tap or Click on it to clear the app’s cache.
@Nix66 Thank you but this is still not working. Very frustrating. still saying "connection error message". all other apps are working just fine on my phone.
Sometimes it may take several rounds of logging out of your profile, closing the game, logging back into your profile, and reopening the game @romy521 before you find that it is working again properly.
Would you share with me your device info (make, model, software version)?
Also which version of the Soda Game App you currently have installed?

Same problem as Romy521. See screenshots. No problems with other games.
@Nix66 I'm using my iphone 13, software version 15.1. , I have the Candy Crush, Candy Crush Soda and Candy Crush Friends apps installed and none of them have been updating. I get the same error message on all of them. Not sure how to check which versions I have, I do know they are most updated because I just checked. This is very frustrating.

I have reported this to our Community Manager so she may contact the Game Studio to find out.
With it being the weekend and Monday a holiday for some we might not receive a response until after then.
