I complete a challenge in the Harvest Season but it does not let me collect the award. This is occurring in the chocolate and licorice blocker challenge. I see a flash but does not register a completion.

I complete a challenge in the Harvest Season but it does not let me collect the award. Do you see in the task “completed” and “collect”? Or do you mean you collect the chocolate and licorice quests but not get credit for it? 🤔

I collect the chocolate and licorice but don’t get credit for. In the chocolate level I collected 14 and won the level.

Hello again @AH1 Thank you for editing the title. I see some other players having the same problem so let’s try the troubleshooting: log out of the game via your profile - clear the cache (super important!) - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates- log back into the game.

If the issue persists please provide the following info:

-which model and version of device are you playing on

-what is your game ID Click/tap here to find your game ID

I have collected more then 225 bears but it didn’t count them

When this happened to me, I pressed the character on the upper left hand of the challenge. Then gave up on that challenge. Got another challenge and the game started to count the items for the challenges. The other challengers that weren’t counting started counting.
