Assuming your game is saved, log out of it and close the programme for a minute or so (even turn off your device & restart it); then open it and log back in, also try clearing the cache (not data) to see if it will help...

Otherwise, your game application just might be in...

Do you think that Olivia forgot to wear the appropriate attire for Thanksgiving & the game designers decided to just let her go all willy-nilly and wear black for the occasion? 🙃

I also experience this kind of glitch in friends last year with one of Tiffi coustume's witch l still got the screenshot (by the way this screenshot is from my old phone)

I got a reply from @aijaziqbal saying:

I think its a graphic error. Luckily i found this screenshot once asked same question in candy crush soda saga regarding black fish. But it was temporary error. So as long as if it is not affecting your game play ignore it.
