That is odd, seeing a lock on your picture. So to understand it better, can you tell me some more:
-do you have a King account or Facebook account?
-do you play on king.com or a game app?
-what device do you play on? Model and version
-which game version do you have
-please post screenshots of your map / pop-up / the error https://www.take-a-screenshot.org

It still shows a lock on my picture on the right side when i'm in the race with other players.

Hi again @albski I am sorry you didn’t post a screenshot with the lock on your picture, but I think I’ve figured it out. The lock you see when you’re in the race means you are unable to claim the reward unless you sign in with a King account. Since there are so many issues that is why we recommend this.
You can find in the link below what a King account is and how to create it.

I told you i have an account for over a year and when i get the popup to create an account i click on it but nothing happens probably because i have an account.I have no problems with other games except Bubble witch because it loads off page?

For some reason i am locked out of the Episode race and when i try to create an account i can't create one because i already have one.How did i suddenly get locked out?
