Did you try troubleshooting to see if it helps? Please log out from your King account - close game- clear cache - restart device - open game - log in - pass a level to reconnect to the server-

If you don't get your item back then please ask Player Support to send your missing item.

To contact Player Support: open soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "gold bars and purchases"- "why haven't I received my prize"- scroll down and click "contact us". Explain your problem and send.
