Incorrect level details & lost boosters

I've recently begun this game again & am currently at level 256. Since Monday, it when I open the level it shows how to spread the jam & all my boosters have been locked. Can you please help? Thanks

You didn't lose your boosters. Level 256 is the first jam level in the game and it is a tutorial about jam. So you don't need boosters.

Some levels have locked boosters. It’s not a bug or something 🤗 You’ll see the level can be played without using a booster 😁.
