3 devices not syncing

I play Candy Crush Saga on 3 devices. My PC, a Fire Tablet, and my Samsung phone. My PC and Fire tablet are stuck on level 6391 and I have advanced to6393 on my Samsung phone. The devices are not syncing. Help me please! i use Microsoft Edge on my PC.

Do you mean Candy Crush Saga or Candy Crush Soda Saga?

Do you use a Facebook account or King account?

Let's try troubleshooting steps to see if it helps:

check for Soda and device updates
check that your device has at least 2 GB of free storage
provided you have a King account to save your progress try to log out- close game - clear cache* - restart device - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you reconnected to the server
you might need to repeat the steps above 3-4 times

If you have issues with Edge you might want to try Chrome browser too since it's the browser King advises to use 🙂
