I've been getting an error message saying I'm not connected to the internet,but yet I am. I'm missing out on my wonderballs and any extra boosters that I could be receiving. I've restarted my phone several times and I've did a force stop as well.... nothing has worked. This is very upsetting and aggravating as I can't play my game like I want to. How do I fix this without having to uninstall my app and lose all my boosters that I've collected.

    I am having the same problem and have been for over a month. No one at support seems to know why or how to fix it. Extremely frustrating to say the least.

    same situation here, keep saying there's no internet while i am connected to 5G with my android. this happen after the "no longer sync with fb msg" and i followed the steps to create a king account. I can still play, just bo daily gift, no race, can't receive or give hearts to friends.

    I finally solve the problem by deleting the app and reinstalling it again. However the game didn't save the progress after I switch the account to king. but I didn't bother to write support again, just replayed them. so hope this helps~
