If you play on Facebook on a browser (chrome, mozilla etc):
- the problem regarding purchases on Facebook site has been fixed. Please read here for more infos
- contact Player Support to ask them for a refund if you didn't receive your item. Read here to know how
If you're are experiencing other connection issues on Facebook, please try troubleshooting:
- close Facebook page -
- clear cache of browser you use (mozillla, chrome etc). check here
- log out
- make sure your browser is updated. check here
- make sure your device operating system is updated
- restart device
- open Facebook
- log in
If you play on Soda app and you had a purchases issue: this problem is not related to the one in this thread

I can’t refill my lives it says store unavailable. This sucks

I've purchased 50 gold bars about an hour ago. When I tried to purchase live, the bars were deducted, but the lives remained at zero. This happened three times (I tried again thinking I'd done something wrong) but still have 0 lives when I should have 15 by now. Please advise!
