Why did I get sent back to the level one, when when I was on level 350?
Level 1
i got to level 350 and for some reason the game took me back to the beginning. Can that be fixed?

If it's still not worked by Save Current Level Steps, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (but use Game ID with phone as well and How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

You just need to reconnect to whichever platform you used to save the game.

I got to level 3450 and for some reason the game took me back to level 337. Can you fix it and put me back on my right level please thank you

Why did I lose all progress when I agreed to new terms? I will delete game if progress is lost.

@tikitoo Hi and welcome. I do not know why this happens but it does now and again to some people. Firstly try signing out and back in and play a level to see if it syncs to the server correctly as this may solve your problem. If not please see post below on how to get your levels restored

The terms and conditions appear when you log out of the king's account and log in again. Could it be that you used a different email than before?
