My Candy Crush Soda game, level 4834, is not functioning properly. I have no bonuses nor extras showing. It shows a message saying "Bubblegum Troll is causing problems". How can I fix this?

    Welcome to the Community @loractrade I checked my level 4834 and I don’t see a problem:

    You could try some troubleshooting, reconnect the game, to see if this helps:

    provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data  that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates- log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.

    Hi,


    I am now at level 4838 (on my desktop computer) but am still without boosters, can't bake a cake etc. I did try clearing the cache. Not sure how to log out of the game however. I do have 2GB free memory storage and am always connected to WiFi connection here at my home.

    Thanks for any assistance you can provide me.

    Hello again @loractrade Thank you for getting back to me.

    So if I understand you correctly, you have no more features and no boosters?

    Do you play via King account or Facebook account?

    Did you check for game updates?

    Can you show me a screenshot of your map? https://www.take-a-screenshot.org

    To log out/in:

    If you have a King account click on the cog-wheel and select the orange King image, you are in settings, scroll down and log out/in of your account.

    If you have a Facebook account, open the game, click on the blue Facebook connect button.

    You say you play on PC. Are you playing on the game app? If not, we recommend to play on the game app. (Open Microsoft store, search for the game app and install. Log in with your existing account)

    Hi - here is the screen shot of my map. I do have a King account and will proceed to click on the orange King image. I think I am playing on the game app. I will get back to you about what happens after I proceed on the orange King image to log in/out. Thank you!

    Also, see the screen shot above. Any bonus looks "fuzzy". I tried logging in to my King account and I received the message "there was a connection issue. Try again in a bit".

    Hi again @loractrade Yeah I can see you’re not connected since your avatar isn’t showing.

    Which Operating System do you have? Win10, Win11? Did you check for updates in Microsoft store?

    My operating system is Win11. I'm not sure how to do or where to go for updates to be done in the Microsoft store.
