Got fobbed off by support again.
Reported that my day count reset to 1 today (Windows 11, was over 100).
Got this;

My game wonโt connect to Facebook
There are a few tricks that generally work with login issues:
โข Make sure that your device is up-to-date.
โข Try to switch to another network.
โข Make sure the Candy Crush Soda Saga app is up to date.
โข If you are logged in via your King account, check that your login credentials are correct. If this does not work, please reply to this email and send us a screenshot of the error message that you receive.

โข If you are logged in via Facebook, try to remove the app on Facebook (via PC) to refresh the permissions (here's how:ย https://www.facebook.com/help/170585223002660), then try to connect again via the game app.

The daily streak cannot be restored, I'm sorry. Did something else happened like, did the app crash?

Nothing that I can remember. I did update the PC, but closed the app first.

Hi again @Bricorn, I talked to Player Support and they wanted me to let you know that they apologize for the confusion earlier and have compensated you with Unlimited lives for the trouble. I hope that makes you feel better and please let me know if there's any other issue and they can reopen the ticket.

I couldn't use them anyway, no levels to play, I'm waiting for Friday's new levels to come out.
I wasn't so much annoyed about them not being able to fix the issue. More about getting an auto response that didn't answer the question.

@Bricorn I totally understand how getting an auto-response can be frustrating when you want to talk with a human! The unlimited lives can take some time to show up but they should be available now and last for 24hrs ๐

Thanks, I did get a "sorry, we've added something to your account", So I assumed that was it. As I said though, no new levels to play until Friday anyway - and I'll be out then as it happens.

As you said, the 24 hours free play turned up last night. And I can't use any of it with no new levels to play. Frustrating! ๐
