Can’t login…connection issue
Hi everyone! I am a crushaholic and I need help! For the past few weeks I keep getting logged out of my game and when I try to log back in it tells me there is a connection issue. My other candy crush games are working fine. The last time it did it I had to uninstall / reinstall and I lost my daily login progress of over 400, all my boosters, cleared levels and my gold bars. Can someone help me please!?

Is this the type of connection error you see in your profile settings?
Or do you see something else?

Sorry to jump on this post but I'm having the same issue and it is the exact same connection error as above. I'm on an android phone & also play on Kindle fire both giving same error message.

How long have you been seeing this problem? did something happen around the time it appeared? For example, updates, edits in account profile, anything else?

Can't think of anything that happened to cause this. The only thing I can think of is it transferring from Facebook to King.

I am having the same problem and it’s been like that for about 4 days! I play daily and it is so frustrating! All my other games are fine as well, it’s just Soda Cush and that is the game I pleat all the time!

Hi!!
I use my iPhone and iPad to play. There hasn’t been any changes and don’t use Facebook. Candy crush is as close to social media as I get 😎. This happened about a week ago also. I had to uninstall and I lost so much. I e emptied my cache and have rebooted and restarted everything.
