Lost all events on iPad

Today I lost all my events on my iPad where I primarily play. No 4 in a row, no teams, no prize season, no weekly contest. I have even lost my rainbow lollipop booster. I still have reward to claim on the pride season. I have forced quit the app multiple times and restarted. My app is up to date. I restarted my device. I don’t know what else to do. I have Candy Crush Soda on my iPhone and all events show there but I would really like it on my iPad as I seldom play on my phone. I even turned off my phone in case there was a conflict but it didn’t help. PLEASE HELP!! what can I do?

I also tried logging out and logging back in. That didn’t help either.

I am sorry to hear you lost all events 😕. What iOS version do you have and what is the version of your game app?

Also what make and model of iPad do you have? And do you play on Facebook or King account?

I have game version 1.219.3 which is the latest version according to the App Store. My iPad is on iOS 15.4.1.

I play on iPad too, I have the same game app version but iOS 15.5 What is the make and model of your iPad? And do you play through King or Facebook account?

I have iPad 6th generation. I still need to update to 15.5. I play on the app through my Facebook account. Maybe when I update it will fix itself, you think? I hope.

Hmmm we have the same iPad version @tmwallace and I don’t have problems with my game 🤔. Since you play through Facebook you could refer to this Support guide, maybe your game isn’t connected … You can click on “View Post”

It says it’s connected and when I log in after being logging in it wants for Facebook authorization again. I updated to iOS 15.5. None of this helped. In fact, the last time I opening the game I also lost my piggy bank and the special boosters you can buy when you win hard levels. So now it’s worse. I hesitate to reinstall my game as I have a lot of boosters saved. I don’t want to loose them. I’m at a loss at what to do next. ☹️

Same here, with the race (I know it was not over) & rainbow lollipop disappearing. 😔

I play on an android phone, I have updated, tried all the" fixes" & still my "game page" shows only how many lives are left to play, how much gold & what level I am on currently. 🤷
