I completed all the tasks and claimed all rewards,paid to unlock deluxe and claimed them as well but its still showing as a notification on my home page then I go into it and it says I completed all and to collect my rewards the last reward is number 22 which is the one lighting up(already claimed) but it don't go any further. So have I claimed and finished it all or is it not showing the rest and if I did Finnish everything why is it still notifying me to collect my rewards?

When you have completed all quests, and claimed all the rewards (indeed number 22 is the last one) then you have finished it.

I had the same experience with the previous season event, that again and again a notification was shown that I had to claim rewards. Feedback is requested in this season's announcement thread here. You could post there and indicate what your thoughts are about it 🤗
