Why cannot I open my FULL piggy bank in Soda.

Let's try to understand what's going on 🙂
- are you having problems with locating piggy bank since it has been recently moved to another place in Soda game?
- you see piggy bank but when you click on it nothing happens? Would you share a screenshot in this case? It'd really help
- which device do you use to play Soda? (make and model)
- do you see a connection error in profile settings of your Soda app saying "there was a connection error, try again in a bit"?
- what is your game user ID associated to your account? Here's how to find in your Soda app

I am having the same problem, maybe the last 10 episodes, when you finish it says you are full, but when you move to the 'episode' screen not only does CCSS not beg me to empty my bank, I almost always do, but the piggie is missing at the top center screen. I play on my laptop and I am at the last level. Thanks.

It just hit me, how many 100s of times have you had to explain this? After 9500 levels I can't be the only one out there that didn't know this. Thanks again.
