I play on PC and had a problem with it. Now fixed, but I was on level 731 (I think) and it's back to zero now.Β I wasn't linked to Facebook then.

I'm guessing you had the game app installed on Windows 10 in that case? As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom previously, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you did, when you reconnect to that account in the game again, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up.Β

I play my five levels, it shows I will get five extra when it goes fishing. And them it only gives me 1 extra lives life.
when I did login using facebook I ve lost my 24 hours boosters

I returned playing the game after some while, but I've noticed that I can't edit my profile. Not sure why it shows United Kingdom either. I was in Israel when I've installed the game, now I'm in India. It looks like this:
