    @titija would you share a screenshot of your game ID being zero? So I'll pass this on as well because this is the first report I've seen about this

    Same problem I am having as well.

    I am using iPhone. All updates have been done & phone was rebooted but I still cannot connect.

    this is definitely a glitch on your side as the other games are playing fine.

    I keep being told that there is no connection

    Same problem here since July 28. Cannot log into my account, cannot get rewards. Same message saying no internet, although I switched on and off and my internet is working fine. It’s obviously a problem on your side, based on all the comments and I do not want to lose all the rewards I’ve earned. So please sort this out asap!

    Do you see "therre was a connection problem, try again in a bit"?

    • how long have you been seeing it for?
    • what is your game user ID number? check out this guide on how to find it.
    • which device do you use? (make and model)
