do you see any connection error message in your game?
do you play on Soda app installed in your device?
Or do you play on Facebook website in your computer?
Which device do you use?
How many friends are there in your friends list (visible in Social Hub feature), more or less?
Please try troubleshooting steps. They help with setting your game in optimal conditions again 🙂

If you own Android mobile, visit Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters
If you own Apple mobile, visit Settings - Safari - Clear History and Website Data

Do you have Social Hub available in your game? The icon looks like this and it helps with adding players from the Kingdom
