Bug with level 430?
This has happened to me 2 times now and no matter what I do the bear doesn't go upwards from here. I don't know what causes this, as the 2 times didn't happen back to back. I have popped several soda cans, I've tried using the stripy candies from under the bear, everything. The bear remains stuck and I can't move forward. What can I do?

Just wanting to point out that I have gotten to the end part of the level on some tries, but haven't finished the level yet since every time I've actually done well, the bear has gotten stuck on this part. So it doesn't happen every time and I don't know what triggers it.

I don't remember which part it is, but it is the one in the screenshot. When I googled the level I saw other players experiencing the bug as well. I'm quite sure this older thread refers to the same problem as well. There seems to be a bug, but I'm unsure what action triggers it.
At least both times I've encountered it, I've done huge combos and wiped basically every candy on screen just before it has happened. I don't know if something there caused it to trigger.

There is a bug in the software, that gets triggered by some certain event. I just don't fully know what the event is that triggers the bug. I have now already finished the level, but I managed to see the bug appear 3 times in total. Every time I had done a big combo that basically wiped all candies on the table, the bear rose to the top, and then got stuck there. The bug did not appear the times when I went past that part slowly and without big combos. I don't personally need help with this issue but I just wanted to inform you that there is a software bug in the game and it should be fixed, since several other players have experiwnced it too.

And I also read the first link again and it also is clearly stating that there is a bug, and the bear can't float higher after reaching the top. The poster is saying that there are probably some pieces above, blocking the bear from rising. It does not say anything about bottles not appearing.

As stated by the original poster and as a quick google search showed many other threads complaining about this same bug going back to at least 2018. I am currently stuck on this level because of this bug. As you can see starting with the first screenshot I was still at 21 moves with the bear all the way at the top. And as you can see in the next four screenshots the bear does not move at all until I am all out of moves. This needs to be fixed and is not something that is just fixable simply by your support team explaining how to beat the level as the game intended as if we haven’t already beat 429 levels and know how the game works.
