Why is my game freezing at end of every round? Not recording any progress. I have re-set

    Hello @Elleni39 I have never seen ads in my game, never bought anything and Iโ€™ve been playing since 2015. (Just so your know ๐Ÿ™‚.) My game doesnโ€™t crash either, so itโ€™s not common. But as mentioned we reported it as more Win app players have this.

    First, thank you Yosca for responding. The freezing happens when I do not win a level, which is most of the time. I managed to win one this morning and no freezing issue but if I do not clear the level it gets hung up for at least 20 or 30 minutes. I do not get any of my progress.

    I cannot locate my game ID.

    I am glad to see that I am not alone with this issue.

    Please advise and assist.

    To find your game ID, open your game app, click on profile, double click on King and you will see your ID

    Hello dear @Yosca,

    unfortunately, I must report the same problem. When I finish a level UNsuccessfully, there comes this little jingle, the screen gets a bit darker, and then: all I can do successfully, is close the game completely and restart it. So this means, instead of giving me the option to try again, the game just "plays dead".

    I have my User ID at hand, so please let me know what to do and how to proceed.

    I am playing exclusively on my laptop, Windows 10, Google Chrome -- just in case this info might be helpful. The actual level I am playing is 1814.

    PS: I just now realized that I cannot send lives to friends (this window which appears after you freshly start the game). Maybe there's a glitch somewhere in the programme?

    Thank you MaHa. My issue is about the same as yours. I also play on my laptop windows 10. Very frustrating. Hope they can fix it soon.

    I have no idea how to work around this. And when I logoff and restart I am missing things on my home page that I had acquired.

    Think I will stop for a couple of weeks and try back.

    Same here for two days. Game graphics freeze at end of game, including ending by ESC. Cursor still moves, and if

    I wait 10-20 seconds the graphics resumes and I can click the "are you sure", but it freezes for another 10-20 seconds. It doesn't freeze at other stages.

    I am having this too. My game freezes after I lose a round, in mid animation. I see the message, "Are you sure you want to give up?", but neither <yes> or <no> button is clickable. It clears up after 40 minutes or so. Or I can crash out of the game.

    PC O/S Windows 10 version 21H2
