I had the new halloween screen for a short time Wed, didn't stay for long I didn't have any new levels to play, Thurs everything is gone, Yeti, Kimi, the Meatballs (my beloved team)....but the only one I miss so much, Batula! Hee!

Same problem here (additionally the "Connection Error" issue). Only the "naked" game remains to be played.

First of all I totally understand your frustration and that this is a really bad experience. Secondly, I wanted to let you know that I am a King employee working on Candy Crush Soda Saga so feel free to take my responses as "official notifications". The current status is that the developers are working hard on a fix, it's of course in our best interest as well to solve this as soon as possible.
The reason we are asking for your Game IDs is to be able to better map the issue and see how players are affected - but of course, we do also keep track of other channels such as players reporting directly to support and more. I hope that answered your questions!

I frequently have to log in 2x to get my goodies to show up, tried 4-5x yesterday and today, no joy.

id# 11218039896. i have been playing candy crush soda saga for years now and have passed level 10000.i have asimple old laptop computer.today ,when i opened the app as usual,and most of my side stuff has disappered,like batkula ,team,kimmy arcade,4 in a row,baking cakes,winning levels and not getting the gold bars,winning 8 gold bars and not being able to purchase them.can u help with this problem?
