I removed Candy Crush saga from the iPhone yesterday. It's a loaned phone and I'm yet to get my Android repaired. I'm still not able to sign in my app on my laptop. Now I just discovered Candy Crush Soda saga will not load on the phone now and will delete that one also. I'm thinking this iPhone with icloud is an apple and thought it was connected with Microsoft, but the games WERE loaded from Google Chrome before. It is a mess for now I have to get Microsoft loaded properly somehow. I did contact HP my computer maker to help me resolve the situation I have with Microsoft. So we'll have to wait for a response anytime I guess I'll use Facebook for Candy Crush Saga for now. I'll contact you in the near future about the situation. I thank you for the support for now and I'll talk to you later

PS This is all in my Hotmail account, but how come not to my Gmail account? I do have * with Microsoft password and * for my Google account password. My Gmail is shared and sent to my Hotmail but it doesn't show up in my Gmail like the rest of my Gmail stays on there.

Thanks for the update. Unfortunately I'm not sure what else to suggest, only King customer service (Player Support) is able to look into a game account and see what's going on inside. Let me know how it goes 🙂
I'm not sure I undestand what's going on with your email inbox 😅
though, if you'd like to receive less notifications emails from community or stop receiving notifications that you're not interested in, (for example notifications of people commenting on discussions you commented on), there's the option to customize notifications preferences in your community account profile 🙂check this out

Candy Crush Saga app is the one that's not working I had removed it and I'm using Facebook to sign in and play now. I should try using my Hotmail for the app to see if that's it through
