If you are on a PC: Open Microsoft Store---In the search bar at the top type in Candy Crush Soda Saga------At the bottom Left Hand corner there are three ||\ under it is labeled Library----Click on those three lines and it will open and that is where your updates will be.

I was playing today and had to shut down the game and I did not lose a level. I also did not lose my progress in the 4 in a row. It seems to have fixed it. I now have the whole screen. I hope this helps. I am no TECH by any means but it worked for me.

Me too. I see the same issue on Microsoft app. The screenshots I posted belong to Microsoft app on computer
Resizing the window, reducing the width and increasing the height of the window make it possible to use the "x" button until this is fixed. This is what I observed on my computer. Did you try?🙂
