same here. the only thing i can do is play old levels since they sent that update on the tenth that ruined thousands of players candy crush soda saga games.

I'm confused when you state all problems began on the latest update when you commented that your Microsoft Soda app was affected by the blank map problem days prior.
I understand that the update didn't solve the problem, unfortunately
Does your Microsoft Soda app display a message in profile settings page that says "there was a connection error, try again in a bit"?
There would be 2 options left at this point
- contact Player Support from here so they can look into the problem and let us know what they say
- reinstall Soda as last, last resort. If you use a King accout or Facebook account, your progress and gold bars can be restored after you log in again. Boosters will be deleted unfortunately. Only non used boosters that were purchased can be replaced by Player Support

I am able to play, have most boosters, but no teams, no Seasonal Diorama and have no access robe the Royal path that I purchased. I had not yet collected most of the bonuses. Still have my gold bars, but no team events.

I went into my Google play store and Uninstaller the game(mostly uninstaalled let it go to 51%) and reinstalled it. It worked. The only thing I didn't get was the 3 1/4 colorful striped hammers that I had

Hello @pamgilmon I understand why you uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but this is always a very last solution! Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then boosters can be lost. So please keep in mind, this is a last solution!

This was my last resort. I did everything that I was told to try and nothing worked. I only let it go to 51% and then I reinstalled it. It worked this time. Can you give me back the colorful striped hammers ?

Im going to uninstall mine today I don't think they are trying to fix it anyway. I can't sync mine and I'm ahead on levels now in my Kindle and I don't want to play them again on Microsoft version to catch up. I also lost all my daily rewards I was up to well over 1000 consecutive days of play. It's very frustrating.
