The issue has been reported. As of now we know that Soda Studio is aware of it and is working to find a solution.
Sorry for the incovenience! Hopefully this will be fixed soon and you'll be able to play your BaC levels with your team again

Hello!
It's true that community managers (King employees) who are our reference point are not on office at weekends. They're in contact with game studios (developers).
No one said developers are not at work at weekends. Player Support (King employees as well) was contacted directly through the game app yesterday regarding this issue and let us know they were working on a solution.
Emergency situations in the game happened to be addressed and fixed by the developers at weekends but we could ask community managers for more infos only on Mondays.
Hope this clears that up🙂

I can see my team members are baking layers and that new rewards are available in the team chat, but for me it says the bakery isn’t even open. I am missing all the rewards and I cannot bake layers for the past two days. I sure hope this is solved soon!

Having same problem also. Cant play cake ,error message. And losing all rewards. Hope we are still able to collect the cake rewards when it is fixed.
