⚠️ Ongoing issue: Bake a Cake - the game freezes after I collect my prize

Yes, this has already been reported to the Studio and they have been working hard on a solution since Friday.

I can't bake a single slice myself, I immediately see this message.

One team member in my team is able to bake but my cake (and the other team members who also have the same error) remains at 0%.

Hopefully there will be a fix soon 🤞

I have the same problem suddenly. Wouldn’t let me release my team and is stuck in limbo saying trouble connecting. So frustrating!

Yesterday I completed enough levels to release my team from the cake dome. It won't let me release us. It keeps saying try again when connected. I am connected. This is the only part of the game that isn't working for me. We are so close to getting our rainbow lollipops. Please fix this issue! I tried several times today and the same thing is happening.

Hi @Yosca,

I'm able to bake a cake and have received the awards but when I got in the platter I can't release myself. Why do you think this "bake the cake" issue different from each player?
