Es wird Zeit, dass das Problem gelöst wird. Ich kann nicht helfen, komme nicht aus der Glocke und die Belohnungen gehen auch flöten. Ist echt ärgerlich. Seit Freitag geht in der Bäckerei nichts mehr.

I have been active in the bake a cake team event. When I try to ‘Release’ myself (it only shows me as having lost my hat’ after completing more then 5 new levels it just keeps telling me ‘Problem Connecting’. I have had this problem for the last 3 days. Please help. I am useless to my team currently.

There is a problem with Bake a Cake, some can’t bake a slice (like me), they see this error:
Others can bake but lose their hat (like you) and others can’t receive their rewards 😔
This issue has been around since Friday and the Studio is aware and working to find a solution. Unfortunately there is no news yet.

I'm having the same issue. Unable to bake the cake. Not too happy about losing out on the rewards.

Every time I try to sign onto the bake a cake section it says I have connective issues connection issues I should say and I don’t know how to repair this

There is a problem with Bake a Cake, some can’t bake a slice (like me), they see this error:
Others can bake but lose their hat and others can’t receive their rewards 😔
This issue has been around since Friday and the Studio is aware and working to find a solution. Unfortunately there is no news yet.
Please note uninstalling and reinstalling will not solve the problem and you will lose your boosters!!
