Like @nancypooh64 I also made it to the end of the most recent path, but today opened the game and did NOT receive the rewards that were due. Very disappointing!

Do you mean the pass of Pride Season that ended yesterday and has various quests to complete or the Noble Path that started yesterday and has new stars to collect? 😅
@nancypooh64 is correct, if the premium offer is purchased but not all levels of the pass are unlocked by completing quests, then you receive both the free and paid prizes up to the level you reached. Prizes from the premium offer above the level reached can't be claimed because they weren't unlocked.
@MollyS in both Season pass and Noble Path events prizes need to be claimed by the players before the event ends if they want to use them immediately. prizes are not awarded automatically anymore after the event ends.
However, if players do not claim prizes in time, the game will send them back anyway but only when a new Season Pass or Noble path starts

Yes, @Pitty_Kitty at the end of the Pride Season I expected that the prizes would be automatically added to my account. This was how it worked in the past and I was not aware that this was changed, or I would have claimed more. Oh well, thanks for explaining anyway.

I am really disappointed that the rewards are sent to my game without ‘claiming’ them - as I like to receive my ‘rewards’ when I choose - like when I have time to play

I really like the feature & the prizes..I get the Noble path quite often. I won't pay for the Royal path. Please don't remove it.

I am so sorry about that are you ok I know that has to suck you did everything in the event and now you don't get your Easter eggs like what the hell I would been so mad if that happen to me and I would take this game off my kindle right away if I was you.
